An open-box Heat Storm heater gets you a working unit for a fraction of what new costs. These are customer returns, and each one has been inspected before it goes back out the door.
Every open-box model carries a 7-day money-back guarantee along with a 30-day manufacturer warranty.
One thing to know up front: the guarantee doesn't cover cosmetic imperfections. A returned heater can arrive with scratches or dents even though it functions exactly as it should. If that trade-off sits fine with you, this is your option.
Return shipping on open-box heaters is the customer's responsibility.
